Skin Care TIPS
Tested and proven secrets to looking good
Tip 1:
Drink around 2.4 litres of water each day. I would also recommend to add a few slices of lemon to one cup of water and drink it on a daily basis. This can help to remove bad toxins away from your body and have clear skin always!
Tip 2:
Hydrating mask is very important for the face. I would recommend Mary Kay Timewise Moisture Renewing Gel Mask and this is suitable for Dry to Oily skin as well. And best part is that it is non-comedogenic (will not clog pores). Use it twice a week to experience baby smooth skin.
Tip 3:
For curing pimples/acne fast, I would recommend to apply Cosrx Acne Master Pimple Patch onto the pimple/acne and go to sleep! Applying AC Clean up pink powder mask by Etude House for around 3 times per week is recommended if you have oily or congested skin. If your pimple/acne is red, I would recommend to take an aspirin tablet, smash and blend it into powdery form and mix with water to form a paste. Apply it to the red pimple/acne and leave it overnight. Aspirin helps to reduce redness. You can purchase aspirin in Guardian/Watsons. Turmeric powder and help to cure pimples/acne too. Mix turmeric and water, form into a paste and apply it to the pimple/acne and leave it overnight to see results.
Tip 4:
Another way to reduce pimple size is to cut the watermelon, cut out the white piece of skin into desired shape and then place it on the pimple area. This can soothe the pimple as well as reduce the size. I tried it myself, it works!
Tip 5:
Consume a teaspoon of honey on a daily basis once you wake up before breakfast. After about near to 2 months you will start to notice that your skin is radiant and it can help you to even out your skin tone as well.
I would highly recommend the Tasmanian Leatherwood honey by the Tasmanian Honey Company as I have tried it myself and have noticed the changes to my skin and my overall wellness. You need to be consistent and consume it regularly to notice the results.
The benefits are listed below:
Tip 6:
Exercise to keep fit. It can give you radiant skin too! I would recommend to go for body combat, body pump and spinning classes. Combat is to slim down and body pump is for toning. Spinning is good for reducing weight fast too if you go for 2 sessions on a weekly basis. Swimming is a good sport to slim down too!
Tip 7:
If you have sensitive skin prone to redness, you can use Super Chlorophyll Powder. Take one teaspoon and mix it with a bit of water to form a thick dark green paste and apply it to the face. Wait for around 5 to 10 minutes and rinse it off with water. I tried it myself and my redness is reduced. Alternatively, you may take one teaspoon, mix it with one glass of water and drink it.
Tip 8:
Drink collagen powder every day. I would recommend Japan "Fine" brand, Hyaluron & Collagen as this is a higher grade collagen which consists of Hyaluronic acid, biotin, Vitamin C, Pearl Coix Extract, Elastin and Collagen.
Elastin: Is a protein that forms elastic fiber which allows skin to 'spring back' into place when stretched, so that skin stays resilient and firm.
Biotin: Is an essential element in vitamin C production, it also involves in metabolism of fat, sugars and protein. Biotin not only prevents hair loss, it also prevents the common premature greying of hair. Japanese scholars also reported that biotin has excellent cosmetic effect, which helps to maintain the health of skin, mucosa, hair and nails.
Pearl Coix Extract: Is one of the Chinese herbal medicines taken for years. It has been used in Japan over 30 years for its detoxification, antioxidant and beautifying properties. It is a beauty ingredient for clear, fair and luminous skin.
Another alternative brand of collagen I would recommend is the AFC collagen in tablet form. It is a cheaper alternative to the "Fine" collagen. This is very popular as it is always sold out fast in Watsons.
